Radio Program:
HMI supports a radio program called “Maan ko Shanti” (peace in the heart-mind) which is aired every week on Radio Karnali 105.2 Mhz, the local FM radio station at Jumla. In this 30-minute program, our counselors discuss the array of mental health problems in Jumla, including depression, suicide, substance abuse, and domestic violence.
